We are thrilled to announce that during the Christmas season, SKYTRAC and its employees raised over $2,000 for Kelowna’s Gospel Mission, a local organization working tirelessly to assist those unhoused in our community. Homelessness is a complex issue that requires a multifaceted approach, and we are proud to support an organization making a real difference in the lives of those affected by this issue.
Kelowna’s Gospel Mission has been serving the needs of the homeless population in our community for over 40 years. Their mission is to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those struggling with homelessness and addiction and provide them with the support and resources they need to rebuild their lives.
Our donation will help to support the critical work of this organization. Kelowna’s Gospel Mission offers a range of services to those in need, including hot meals, shelter, clothing, and medical care. They also provide addiction recovery programs, job training, and education programs to help individuals recover and become self-sufficient.
One of the many impressive aspects of Kelowna’s Gospel Mission is their commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment for those in need. They understand that homelessness can be a traumatic and isolating experience, and they work hard to create a supportive community where individuals can feel valued and respected. Their staff and volunteers are dedicated to building relationships with their clients, offering support and encouragement as they work to overcome the challenges they face.
We believe that it is essential for our company to support organizations like Kelowna’s Gospel Mission that are making a real difference in our community. Homelessness is a complex issue that affects individuals and families from all walks of life, and it is up to all of us to work together to address this crisis.
In addition to our donation, we are committed to supporting Kelowna’s Gospel Mission in other ways. We encourage our employees to volunteer their time and talents to this organization, and we are exploring other ways to partner with them to address the issue of homelessness in our community.
